GRUPO KROM ADUANAL, which is composed of the following legal entities: Grupo Reyes Kuri, S.C., Servicios Aduanales del Pacífico, S.C., Comercio Exterior del Golfo, S.C., and Despachos Aéreos Integrados, S.C., designates as its address for all matters related to this document the location at Calle Emiliano Zapata, exterior number 80, corner of Xicoténcatl, Col. Ricardo Flores Magón, C.P. 91900, in the City of Veracruz, State of Veracruz.
Pursuant to paragraph II of Article 16 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States and Article 15 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations, we hereby inform you of the following.
The DATA CONTROLLER shall be the legal entity of GRUPO KROM ADUANAL and KROM LOGÍSTICA that collects your personal data.
Through this PRIVACY NOTICE, you are hereby informed that the information (personal data) collected from the DATA SUBJECT (including, but not limited to, name, address, Federal Taxpayer Registry, phone numbers, and any other supplementary information) through this internet portal (hereinafter the PORTAL), as well as the purpose of the processing carried out by the DATA CONTROLLER, is hereby disclosed to you.
The mere act of the DATA SUBJECT providing their personal data through the PORTAL implies the granting of consent for the processing of their personal data in accordance with the terms set forth in this PRIVACY NOTICE. Likewise, the DATA SUBJECT acknowledges and consents to the processing of the personal data they provide to the DATA CONTROLLER and/or DATA PROCESSOR simply by accessing the PORTAL and by voluntarily submitting their personal data.
The personal data provided by the DATA SUBJECT through the PORTAL will be used by the DATA CONTROLLER to fully identify them as a client or supplier. Such personal data will be used to contact them electronically, by phone, or in person; prepare quotations; generate statistics; exchange market information; follow up on requests; present proposals for the request or provision of goods and services; draft any type of agreements or contracts in line with the activities to be carried out; send advertising and promotions; issue, receive, and send tax receipts; conduct service and quality surveys; and, in general, prepare and obtain any other document or carry out any activity that promotes, consolidates, strengthens, and maintains a commercial relationship between the DATA SUBJECT and the DATA CONTROLLER.
The DATA SUBJECT may specify the means through which they wish to receive information in accordance with the relationship they may have with the DATA CONTROLLER. In the absence of such specification by the DATA SUBJECT, the DATA CONTROLLER will determine the channel it deems appropriate to send the relevant information, which may be via email or physical mail to the address provided by the DATA SUBJECT for such purposes.
The personal data provided by the DATA SUBJECT will be stored in our database (electronic and/or physical files), which has implemented computer, physical, and technical security measures, locks, and controls that have proven to be effective and sufficient to safeguard against any unauthorized intrusion, damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or misuse of personal data. Such data are used by the DATA CONTROLLER to ensure the protection of its own information.
The DATA SUBJECT may, at any time, exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (ARCO Rights) regarding their personal data. This may be done by submitting a written request duly signed by the data subject and addressed to Ms. Laura Patricia Cruz Castro, Human Resources Department, at the address provided at the beginning of this document, or via email to the following address: laura.cruz@kromaduanal.com.
The DATA SUBJECT’s personal data may be transferred to the DATA CONTROLLER’s subsidiary, affiliated, and parent companies, as well as to those with which it maintains commercial relationships, for the purposes stated herein.
Any modification to this Privacy Notice will be communicated to you through the same means by which this notice is provided and/or to the email address you have supplied for such purposes.
