The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP) published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) the Resolution amending Annex 5, corresponding to the mechanism to ensure the payment of contributions for goods subject to estimated prices.
These amendments update the criteria and parameters applicable to the fiscal control of imported goods with reference prices, making it relevant for importing companies to stay informed about the current changes.
📌 The resolution takes effect the day after its publication in the DOF, that is, on June 17, 2025.
