Companies with an IMMEX Program and/or PROSEC must comply with the annual submission of foreign trade operations reports through the VUCEM platform, in accordance with the provisions established by the Ministry of Economy.
Below are the corresponding obligations and deadlines:
📌 IMMEX Annual Report
Companies with the IMMEX Program must electronically submit an annual report to the Ministry, which must include the total of their sales and exports from the previous fiscal year.
Deadline: May 30, 2025
📌 PROSEC Annual Report
Producers with the PROSEC Program must submit an annual report on their operations carried out under this program during the previous fiscal year.
Deadline: April 30, 2025
📌 Companies with both programs (IMMEX & PROSEC)
Unified deadline: April 30, 2025
