CAAAREM, through Circular G-0179/2025, announced an additional extension and the exclusion of certain tariff items from the Automatic Export Notices (AAE) Agreement.
With this update, only the following tariff items will be subject to the submission of the AAE:
- 8411.12.01 – Turbojet engines with thrust greater than 25 kN
- 8414.80.99 – Pumps, compressors
- 8503.00.99 – Parts for electric motors and generator sets
- 8504.23.01 – Power transformers over 10,000 kVA
- 8544.70.01 – Fiber optic cables
These modifications are key for exporting companies handling products classified under these tariff items, as they directly impact compliance requirements.
