CAAAREM, through Circular G-0182/2025, announced the start of operations of the section on import restrictions for goods produced with forced or compulsory labor, now available on the VUCEM platform.
This new mechanism aims to strengthen compliance with Mexican labor legislation and international commitments to prevent and combat all forms of forced labor within supply chains.
With this tool, citizen participation is enabled to report practices that violate these principles, providing greater transparency in foreign trade.
