The Ministry of Economy published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) the notice containing the names of holders and IMMEX program numbers suspended for failing to submit the annual report corresponding to the 2024 fiscal year.
The companies listed in this notice have until the last business day of August 2025 to submit the annual report and avoid the permanent cancellation of their program.
