Mexico’s exports totaled a record $389.72 billion during the first half of 2026, the highest value reported for any comparable period.
The figure was 24.6% higher than a year earlier. Export revenue exceeded its 2025 level in every month from January through June.
June posted the strongest monthly result, with exports reaching $72.55 billion, a 34.4% year-over-year increase.
Manufactured goods, which account for most of Mexico’s overseas sales, were the main driver. Shipments to both the United States and other international markets also increased.
Imports reached $68.46 billion in June, leaving Mexico with a monthly trade surplus of $4.09 billion.
